The starting point
As Jon explains in his review, the boat needed more than speakers and subwoofers: some pieces had become water-rotted over time.
The work
Jose custom-built and replaced the pieces that needed attention. Jon’s account describes the care put into the speakers, subwoofers, wiring and overall installation. The finished photos also show the boat’s tower speakers and interior lighting.

Jose and the team at Sound Source Motorsports did an incredible job on my 2007 Calabria.
The boat needed more than just speakers and subs. There were pieces that had become water-rotted over time, and Jose took the time to custom-build and replace what needed to be done instead of taking shortcuts. The amount of care they put into the speakers, subs, wiring, and overall install was obvious when I got the boat back.
What stood out to me most was how much Jose cares about doing the job right. He cares about quality over quantity, and I think that’s a big reason his reputation is as strong as it is in the Inland Empire.
